Ordering and delivery
How fast will I get my order?
Products marked “Fast Delivery” ship from our Vilnius warehouse and reach the Baltics in 1–3 business days. Other items ship from our central European warehouse and take 7–12 business days. Each product page shows its delivery estimate.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver across the European Union. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Products
What colour temperature should I choose?
2700–3000 K (warm) suits living rooms and bedrooms; 4000–4500 K (neutral) suits kitchens, bathrooms and offices; 6000 K (cool white) suits workshops and industrial spaces.
What does the IP rating mean?
IP20 is for dry indoor use. IP44/IP54 tolerates splashes — fine for bathrooms. IP65 and above is fully protected against dust and water jets — required outdoors.
How many lumens do I need?
As a rule of thumb: about 100–150 lm/m² for general living space, 300 lm/m² for kitchens and workspaces, 500+ lm/m² for detailed work areas.
Are your products dimmable?
Only products explicitly marked “Dimmable” in the specifications. Using a dimmer with a non-dimmable LED will damage it.

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery — see Returns and Refunds.
What warranty do products have?
2–5 years manufacturer warranty depending on the product — see Warranty.
