14-day right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return address and instructions within 1 business day.
- Send the items back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
