Delivery information
We ship from two European warehouses, and the delivery estimate shown on each product page depends on which warehouse stocks the item.
Fast delivery items (Vilnius warehouse)
Products marked Fast Delivery are in stock at our Vilnius warehouse and typically reach you in:
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 1–3 business days
- Finland, Sweden and other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Standard delivery items (central European warehouse)
Other products ship from our central warehouse in Bulgaria. Shipments leave weekly, and delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your country.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Exact rates and any free-shipping thresholds are always shown before you pay.
